- added midi and text streams with:
  - on
  - name
  - ip
had to manually test as these are currently write-only, but I suspect this is a bug/will change in the future

8038fc24ce identifier, kindOfEq

Keep testing login for up to 2 seconds.

9b3d9f2250 remove Write-Warning for CAPIErrors.
